Do you know the differences between salary and wages?

They may be really similar, but actually they have some differences that need to be noticed

- In general terms, a salary means a fixed pay that an individual draws for the work done by him on an annual basis. 

- In contrast, a wage has the meaning of a variable pay that an individual draws on the basis of hours spent in completing the certain amount of work.
